Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-05-4    Basic - Soil residue build-up on nonfood-contact surface. Observed sticky surface on the bar mats where liquor bottles stored. **Warning**
12A-07-4    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands beforechanging gloves and/or putting on gloves to work with food. Observed employees working on the cooks line. **Warning**
35A-07-4    High Priority - Small flying insects in bar area. Observed 10 to 12 flying insects behind bar area, spoke to Manager recommend to notify current pest control service immediately. **Warning**
41-01-4    High Priority - Spray bottle with chemical/toxic substance stored near/on/above food preparation surface or food. Observed spray bottles hanging in bar near liquor Containers. **Warning**
22-57-4    High Priority - Thermotape failed to turn black to indicate the sanitization temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit was achieved on the dish surface. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired.
