Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-11-4    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed waste leaking from under the flat grill.
36-31-4    Basic - Hole in ceiling. In pantry area over the reach in cooler and over the turbo chef.
05-09-4    Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Inside pantry reach in cooler.
14-33-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Inside pantry reach in cooler.
03F-02-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking. No time mark available for the cut arugula and the garlic butter located in the cook line area. These TCS food are on TPHC. Food not out four hours. **Corrected On-Site**
