Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-04-4    Basic - Build-up of mold-like substance on nonfood-contact surface. Observed mold like growth around the frame of the door panel in the cooler located behind bar area.
14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed several cutting boards storage on the shelve.
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer. Observed reach in freezer large ice build up on the storage shelves, has sorbet stored inside.
41-01-4    High Priority - Spray bottle with chemical/toxic substance stored near/on/above food preparation surface or food. Spray bottle stored unlabeled in the dishmachine area Stewarding employee removed.
22-57-4    High Priority - Thermotape failed to turn black to indicate the sanitization temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit was achieved on the dish surface. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Checked dishmachine three times final rinse not sanitizing properly chef notify engineering. **Corrected On-Site**
41-27-4    High Priority - Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Checked sanitizer bucket 500 ppm quat amm stored in prep kitchen.
01C-05-4    Intermediate - Clam/mussel/oyster tags not maintained in chronological order according to the last date they were served in the establishment. Spoke to Chef must keep tags in chronological order for mussels, and mussels.
22-60-4    Intermediate - Vegetable chopper/dicer/shredder/peeler soiled with old food debris. Observed chopper has red sauce splashed on the surface.
