Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-40-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact equipment in poor repair. Wood at the back bar has water damage, bottom corner missing and broken particle board. Glue traps are at damaged corner of the back bar. **Warning**
35B-04-4    Basic - Outer openings of establishment cannot be properly sealed when not in operation. Side door into the dining room. **Warning**
23-05-4    Basic - Soil residue build-up on corrugated indoor mock-roof in the dining room. Also on white pvc pipies in the kitchen and bars. Dish machine racks. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**
36-10-4    Basic - Soiled floors at the bars along the wall/counters. Under expo line table, heavy collection of loose portion cups and debris. **Warning**

35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 6 in front windowsill that crumbled to particles, 1 on chair rail by a table near the bar. Droppings had white tips. All droppings swept up. 1 semi-soft droppings, 5 dry under the bottle table at the front bar. **Warning**
41-01-4    High Priority - Spray bottle with chemical/toxic substance stored near/on/above food preparation surface or food. Paint Spray can next to food containers on lower prep shelf. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
