Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-23-4    Basic - Fixed equipment exposed to spillage not sealed to adjoining equipment/walls. Observed 3 compartment sink not sealed to wall.
25-02-4    Basic - Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. **Warning**
22-42-4    High Priority - Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed three compartment sink at front counter where coffee cups and small plates are being wash without any sanitizer. **Warning**
08B-02-4    High Priority - Displayed food not properly protected from contamination. Observed croissants, sugar brioche, muffins, meringue, stars, and brownies at front counter not protected from contamination. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**
22-55-4    High Priority - Pots or other cooking equipment not being sanitized. Observed at front counter three compartment sink. **Warning**
27-23-4    Intermediate - Hot water at handwash sink does not reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed hand sink in employee bathroom with water temperature of 80°F. **Warning**
