Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-14-4    Basic - Grease accumulated on kitchen floor and/or under cooking equipment **Repeat Violation**

10-20-4    Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. **Repeat Violation**
36-56-4    Basic - Large amount of grease on wall/ceiling above cooking equipment that does not have a hood ventilation system. **Repeat Violation**

41-12-4    High Priority - Medicine stored in refrigerator/cooler with food. Medication stored with food in dry storage area. COS , operator moved medication at time of inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
08A-05-4    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food. Raw eggs stored over strawberries in walk in cooler , COS , inspector went over the proper food storage practices and operator moved eggs to bottom shelve of walk in cooler . **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
22-20-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine. **Repeat Violation**

02C-02-4    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked.
