Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

13-03-4    Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Male employee on duty at front line.
36-71-4    Basic - Floor drains moderately soiled.
14-40-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact equipment in poor repair. Sides and walls to equipment on site.
35A-02-5    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, or food storage area. 20 plus small flies on donuts and speed rack in donut design area.
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 2 live crawling on edge-bottom side of donut design table. 2 found an walls in ice room/dry storage of single service items.
22-27-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surfaces encrusted with food scraps, grease and/or soil deposits. Speed racks, flat surfaces in prep areas and other flat surfaces at front counter.
14-16-4    Intermediate - Multiuse food-contact surface not smooth, free of breaks/cracks/chips/pits/crevices. White ice scoop with large crack in shovel part of tool.
