Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-11-4    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Upright Delfield cooler at the front line entrance has damaged gaskets on the door. The external thermometer reads 39°F, the food temps are 43°F for some food at the back center to 51°F for other foods at the bottom front. 14-40-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact equipment in poor repair. Speed rack cover is heavily frayed. Potential for threads to get into food product and cover is no longer smooth and cleanable. baxter unit has a missing front panel, exposing insulation and dusty electrical components. Lower front line counter below the tea station is broken and swollen particle board from water damage. **Warning**
21-11-4    Basic - Sanitizing solution for wiping cloths not free of food debris and visible soil. Quat sani water at the front line is brown in color. **Warning**

12A-07-4    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before changing gloves and/or putting on gloves to work with food at the sandwich board. **Warning**
