Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-31-4    Basic - Hole in ceiling. Observed in dry food storage area.
36-24-5    Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed in dry food storage area.
10-20-4    Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed on oven door handle, operator removed tongs. **Corrected On-Site**
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed following: 1-live roach on shelf at front counter, Approximately 15-20 live roaches in interior of standup oven on cookline, 1- live roach on back exterior stand up oven on cookline.
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed following: 1- moist rodent dropping on top of case of rice in dry storage in kitchen 2-dry rodent droppings on top of cans of sauce in dry food storage in kitchen 4-moist rodent droppings under dry food storage shelf in kitchen Approximately 10-12 dry rodent droppings under dry food storage shelves in kitchen.
