A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-34-5    Basic - Ceiling tiles soiled with accumulated dust and mold-like substance. Observed in employee bathroom in rear of kitchen.
35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Observed 1 under table in wait station in kitchen, 1 on top of cardboard box containing liquor in liquor storage room. Manager removed roaches. **Corrected On-Site**
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer.
35A-02-5    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in food storage area. Observed 7 small flying insects in liquor dry storage room.
02C-02-4    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed with opened deli turkey in the walk in cooler, manager stated it was opened from the previous day's morning, she then date marked them. **Corrected On-Site**
22-06-4    Intermediate - Slicer blade soiled with old food debris. Manager washed it in dish machine . **Corrected On-Site**
