Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-15-4    Basic - Accumulation of food debris/soil residue on handwash sink. Observed sink very dirty located in three compartment sink area.
36-40-5    Basic - Attached equipment soiled with accumulated dust, grease, or food debris. Fan has grease accumulation stored on the counter.
23-25-4    Basic - Build-up of grease/dust/debris on hood filters. Grease build up on the hood filters has grease dripping down.
14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Cutting boards throughout kitchen has terrible cut marks on the surface.
08B-21-4    Basic - Employee used food thermometer to measure food temperatures without first cleaning the thermometer. Restaurant employee given new thermometer at time of inspection.
21-06-4    Basic - Paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed chicken stored on the paper towel inside reach in cooler.
12A-07-4    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before changing gloves and/or putting on gloves to work with food. Observed employee preparing entree walk to another area of kitchen return work station change gloves did not wash hands. Training recommend for all staff
35A-02-5    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, or food storage area. Observed three flying insects in the kitchen
14-15-4    High Priority - Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage - direct contact with food. Observed several,containers stored inside walk in cooler no food grade has breaded chicken stored inside.
02C-03-4    Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Gallon of milk stored inside ricooler. **Corrected On-Site**
22-27-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surfaces encrusted with grease and/or soil deposits. Greasy stove has terrible carbon and grease build up on the surface.
53A-01-5    Intermediate - Manager lacking proof of food manager certification. A list of accredited food manager certification examination providers can be found at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr/hr/food-lodging/managercertification.html. Spoke to owner have new Manager, no proof provided must provide by next routine inspection.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand sink near 3 compartment sink. **Corrected On-Site**
31B-03-4    Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink. Hand sink located by 3 compartment sink. **Corrected On-Site**
22-16-4    Basic - Intermediate - Reach-in cooler shelves soiled with food debris. Observed the shelves inside cooler on the service line, must be cleaned and sanitizer.
