Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-05-4    Basic - Soil residue build-up on nonfood-contact surface. Bottom shelf of reach-in freezer. (Double door stainless unit by swinging doors into kitchen.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Employee finished using mop and left it in emptied bucket.
01A-05-4    High Priority - Food/ice received from unapproved source/no invoice provided to verify source. See Stop Sale 10 lbs of ice.
14-15-4    High Priority - Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage - direct contact with food.ice holding in freezer in take out type plastic bags.
08A-07-4    High Priority - Raw animal food not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Whole shell eggs stored above ready to eat beef, vegetables and cabbage salad.
01B-03-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product. Ice for drinking was dispensed into takeout style plastic bags. Advised and removed bags using foodgrade containers to keep ice. **Corrected On-Site**
53B-13-5    Intermediate - Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. One new employee-with operator less than 2 weeks.
