Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

25-02-4    Basic - Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Plastic spoons near the drive thru window. **Warning**
46-04-4    Exit door locked. For reporting purposes only. Observed the rear door was blocked by a cart and boxes during the inspection.
12A-13-4    High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee using cell phone while preparing food. Had to inform her to wash hands after she put the cell phone away, which she did. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
22-05-4    Intermediate - Cutting board(s) stained/soiled and deeply grooved on the cooks line. **Warning**
53A-01-5    Intermediate - Manager lacking proof of food manager certification. A list of accredited food manager certification examination providers can be found at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr/hr/food-lodging/managercertification.html. Manager Christina Hilaire does not have a current Food Manager certificate. **Warning**
53A-05-5    Intermediate - No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. Observed 5 employees working with no currently certified Food Manager present. Provided CFM training handout. **Warning**
53B-09-4    Intermediate - Required employee training provided by a third-party employee training program and operator unable to provide original certificate for employees trained. Observed that the SafeStaff employee training certificates are photo copied. All employee training certificates must be originals. **Warning**
