Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

24-08-4    Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed pans wet and stacked together.
35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside.
36-22-4    Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed water on floor by cabinet and stand up cooler at entrance of front counter area.
08B-47-4    Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed 2 boxes of cooking oil on floor at entrance of kitchen door; observed a case of plastic water bottle on floor behind front and back bars. Manager picked up oils and water. **Corrected On-Site**
33-15-4    Basic - Garbage can located outside has no lid or lid open/broken.
33-19-4    Basic - Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster.
36-14-4    Basic - Grease accumulated on kitchen floor and/or under cooking equipment; kitchen walls and behind stove gas grease and debris.; floor tiles cracked and not smooth or durable; the floor tiles grout missing and tiles cracked; kitchen vents dusty; and ceiling tiles in dry storage area soiled and damaged.

22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven has heavy accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris.
23-09-4    Basic - Soiled reach-in cooler gaskets; exterior of stove has accumulation of grease; walk in cooler and freezer shelves rusted; microwave exterior soiled with built up good debris. In edition Walk in cooler and walk in freezer shelves soiled.

31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels, no soap and hand washing sign at back and front bars hand wash sink or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink, and restrooms.
