Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

Pouches not in use are observed stored on ice buildup in the reach in freezer towards the three bay/back door area. Partially consumed water bottle and water cup with ice and straw, no lid, are observed on the table next to the slicer. **Warning**
11-12-4    Basic - Employee experiencing persistent sneezing, coughing, runny nose, or discharge from eyes working with food, clean equipment or utensils, and/or unwrapped single-service items. Kitchen employee sniffling, suppressing sneezes. Washing hand in 3 bay. **Warning**
40-07-4    Basic - Employee personal items stored with or above food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Bag and jacket hanging on dry storage rack next to partial wine bottles and spices/seasonings. **Warning**
08B-61-4    Basic - Existing ice machine located outside with no overhead protection. An insufficient, broken wall board is observed on top of the unit. It currently does not hang over the front of the unit, exposing the bin lid. **Warning**
