A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

33-31-5    Basic - Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. Observed miscellaneous items and not in use equipment above the walk in cooler. **Repeat Violation**
23-10-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler and/or walk-in freezer gaskets soiled with slimy/mold-like build-up.
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. **Repeat Violation**
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. **Corrected On-Site**
08B-56-4    High Priority - Bottled drinks stored in ice used for drinks. Operator removed the drinks and discarded all ice.
29-42-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet.
41-27-4    High Priority - Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed sanitizing solution at 200ppm- 100 ppm, operator old discarded sanitizing solution. **Corrected On-Site**
12A-03-4    Intermediate - Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed employee washing hands at the three compartment sink. Operator coached employee to wash at hand washing sink only. **Corrected On-Site**

Observed restaurant is no seating, there are 12 chairs and 4 tables in the dining area.
