Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-22-4    Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Standing water on the floor in the dish area.
36-18-4    Basic - Floor tiles cracked, broken or in disrepair. Cracked and broken tiles throughout kitchen and dish area. **Repeat Violation**
36-14-4    Basic - Grease accumulated on kitchen floor and/or under cooking equipment grease accumulation on floor in kitchen behind equipment and under equipment. **Repeat Violation**

35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 1 live roach under table in dining room. 5 live roaches in hand sink area on wall and under hand sink next to kitchen entrance. 1 live roach in kitchen under sugar storage shelf, 4 live roaches behind bread storage in kitchen on cook line, 1 live roach on floor under hot holding drawer ovens, 8 live roaches under boxes and soda plastic holders in kitchen. 1 live roach on floor in dish pit area. 1 live roach coming out of electrical socket above deli style reach in cooler in kitchen.
22-22-4    Intermediate - Encrusted material on can opener blade. Soiled can opener blade in kitchen. **Repeat Violation**
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at hand sink in dining room. Operator refilled paper towels. **Corrective Action Taken**
