Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. UHT creamers and honey packets stored on floor behind server station.
10-17-4    Basic - In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Knife next to toaster. **Corrected On-Site**
21-04-4    Basic - In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board. **Corrected On-Site**
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. **Repeat Violation**
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 2 live cockroach found in dining area under booth in dining room. 1 live cockroach found under cardboard box behind server station located in dining area. 4 small live cockroaches found in dining room in frames of wood across from booths.
41-02-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical stored by or with food. WD40 on shelf next to breading and quat sanitizer bucket next to cooked bacon.
41-17-4    Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Red liquid in bottle not labeled..
