Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-67-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler gasket torn/in disrepair. Reach in cooler gasket on deli style reach in cooler torn.
33-31-5    Basic - Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. Non working deli style reach in cooler, non working reach in freezer in kitchen and dish area.
23-10-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler and/or walk-in freezer gaskets soiled with slimy/mold-like build-up.Gasket on walk in cooler has black mold like debris. **Repeat Violation**
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Walk in cooler rust pitted shelves. **Repeat Violation**
41-05-4    High Priority - Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. House hold pesticide in rear near 3 compartment sink.
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found.1 soft droppings under soda fountain , 3 dry droppings in cabinet under soda fountain, 1 soft and 1 dry dropping beside walk in cooler. 1 dry dropping on floor near prep table, 6 dry droppings under prep table with panini machine on top, 1 soft 3 dry droppings behind deli style reach in cooler in kitchen. 6 dry droppings under prep sink in dish area. 8 dry droppings in dining room near wall behind couch. 12 dry droppings in storage room off of dining room. **Repeat Violation**
