Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

10-12-4    Basic - In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Observed the ice scoops on the ledge of the ice machine, on a non sanitized surface. **Warning**
24-01-4    Basic - Presetting of unwrapped silverware and/or tableware outdoors. Observed plates in a rack on the floor in the dining area. **Warning**
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 1 live roach one the cook line. It was killed and removed. Following day callback per Brenden D. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
22-03-4    Intermediate - Ice chute on self-service drink machine soiled/build up of mold-like substance/slime. Observed dark foreign substance on the shroud of the ice machine bin. ALSO, the can opener had accumulation of dried food on the blade. It was moved to the dish wash machine area for cleaning. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning**
