The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.

High Priority - - From inspection on 2017-05-24: High Priority - Raw sewage on ground of establishment. Pipes broken under kitchen, water from hand wash sink and 3 compartment sink is leaking onto ground. Plumber has been called. Standing water by back door, under steps, between kitchen and walk in cooler, also approximately 4-8 inches of water under kitchen visible from side of building. PVC pipes are dripping water onto ground. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection on 2017-11-15: Lines are clogged with calcium, according to manager, per plumber. Plumber was onsite yesterday, needs new grease trap. Water shut off to hand wash sink. 3 compartment sink in kitchen can be used but only 2 sinks can be drained at a time. When water is turned on there Is one small drip from the pvc pipe under the building, visible outside. There is approximately 1/2 to 1 inch of water under building. **Time Extended**

Water leaks on to ground under kitchen if turned on.
