Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

Observed all food in the front counter deli cooler is 47F or warmer. Some food has been stored in this cooler overnight or longer. See stop sale for these items. Food placed in the cooler this morning was moved to the walkin cooler. Observed ambient thermometer in this cooler reading 48 degrees. Also observed all food in the double glass door reachin cooler on the drink service line is above 50F. See stop sale for items stored overnight or longer in this cooler. Observed ambient thermometer reading 50F in this cooler. **Warning**
03A-16-4    High Priority - All potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) foods in walk-in cooler cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed all food in the walkin cooler is 48F or warmer. See stop sale. **Warning**
12A-07-4    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before changing gloves and/or putting on gloves to work with food. Observed the waitstaff handling soiled dishes, then putting on gloves without washing hands first. **Warning**
07-06-4    High Priority - Open food re-served to customers. Small steel pitchers of milk are not removed from customer tables after the customers leave. See stop sale. **Warning**
03A-02-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Milk 75-76F. Observed 8 small steel pitchers of milk are left on customer tables and not removed when the customers leaves. See stop sale. Establishment does not use TPHC. **Warning**
03E-01-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food in the process of reheating for hot holding has not reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit after more than 2 hours. Manger stated establishment started to reheat corned beef at 8am. At 10:35am, observed the temperature of the corned beef was 104-110F in a steamer behind the front counter. The corned beef was immediately put in a microwave oven to finish reheating and was reheated to 180F. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**

02C-01-4    High Priority - Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food marked with a date that exceeds 7 days after opening/preparation. Observed an opened container of applesauce in a reachin cooler dated 1/15/18. **Warning**
01B-02-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued on potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food due to temperature abuse. Food stored in non working coolers. **Warning**
22-20-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of black mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine. **Warning**
53A-10-4    Intermediate - Certified food manager unable to answer basic Food Code questions pertaining to safe operation of establishment. Certified Food Manager on duty is unable to answer question about cold holding food and reheating food. **Warning**
