Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Intermediate - - From initial inspection : - From inspection on 2017-02-02: Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Establishment removed large 3 bay sink to put in small 3bay sink and placed a mop sink in between of handwash sink and 3 bay sink. On mop sink they placed a sink above it to be used to help wash dishes. They removed divider from small 3 bay sink between wash and rinse to make it a 2 bay sink to accommodate with large amount of dishes used.
In front of grill they added small reach in cooler and prep table to center of kitchen.
Where 3 door reach in cooler is on plans to the right of 3 bay has now a stand up reach in cooler and a prep table holding a oven on bottom shelf and gyro vertical broiler on top of prep table.
At front counter where display table is, now has reach in cooler and hot well table.
Where freezer was once located near bathroom and entrance to kitchen now has been converted to prep room with reach in cooler. Handwash sink is located in prep room
