A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.

High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, or food storage area. Approximately 9 flies in storage room. Approximately 5 flies near soda boxes. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2018-03-02: Approximately 6 flies in bar. Approximately 3 flies in storage room. **Time Extended**
High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 38 rodent droppings under soda boxes in storage area. Approximately 25 hard black droppings on shelves in storage area holding microwave and sugar packets. Approximately 30 hard grey droppings under shelves near walk in freezer. 19 hard black droppings behind counter at wait station. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2018-03-02: 2 soft droppings in front of reach in cooler. 2 soft droppings on shelf in dish room. 2 hard droppings on soda boxes. 3 hard droppings on liquor shelf. 15 hard droppings in bar area **Admin Complaint**
