Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-31-4    Basic - Hole in ceiling. Opening in roof to the outside. Roof and side walls of facility being remodel due to leak in roof Ceiling dry wall hanging over ice machine in kitchen
36-24-5    Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Wall in side of building to the outside upstairs storage area. Facility remodeling at this time. Per manager construction workers will close up all openings into building before leaving today
14-70-4    Basic - Ice buildup in walk-in cooler. Leak from the condenser of the unit **Repeat Violation**
05-09-4    Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Coolers in kitchen and at front counter
29-08-4    Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Pipes/plumbing under 3 compartment sink leaking into buckets.
23-05-4    Basic - Soil residue build-up on nonfood-contact surface. Ice build in chest freezer in back area by walk in freezer
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface.
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Water leaking from plumbing inside 2 door stand up freezer for cakes and 1 door freezer next to 2 door freezer. Large pieces of ice build up and reach in cooler at cook line has standing water
