Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

51-16-5    Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans, plan review application and payment for plan review to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Establishment has moved mixer and prep table into back storage room and are utilizing those pieces of equipment in their. No plan review has been submitted to show changes in layout **Repeat Violation** - From follow-up inspection 2018-04-05: Operator in process of having plans drawn up and submitted **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2018-05-01: Plans have been submitted to Tallahassee but have not yet been approved per Kelvin. He stated it may be another couple of weeks before they are looked at. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2018-06-01: Plans have been submitted and the mixer was required to be moved back onto the kitchen area. After speaking to Denise in Plan Review she will approve plans as submitted as hand sink is within about 10 feet of mixer area. Hand sink is not connected yet and if any any washing violations are observed during future inspections operator may be required to install a hand sink inside back prep area.
