Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-18-4    Basic - Floor tiles cracked, broken or in disrepair. Observed floor tiles cracked and missing throughout kitchen area.
14-70-4    Basic - Ice buildup in walk-in freezer.
10-08-4    Basic - Ice scoop handle in contact with ice in bar. **Repeat Violation**
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed salt removed from the original container not identified by common.
22-42-4    High Priority - Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed chlorine sanitizer at 3 compartment sink at 10 ppm, operator put more chlorine sanitizer in solution to 100 ppm. **Corrected On-Site**
01B-12-4    High Priority - Food contaminated by employees, See stop sale. Observed employee water bottle stored in drink ice at bar.
08B-56-4    High Priority - Food stored in ice used for drinks. See stop sale. Observed employee water bottle stored in drink ice at bar.
29-37-4    High Priority - Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. **Corrected On-Site**
02C-02-4    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed cooked pork in walk in cooler # 2. Not date marked. As per operator, pork was cooked on 10/29/2018
41-17-4    Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed a unlabeled spray bottle with glass cleaner at bar not labeled.
