Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

22-19-4    Basic - Interior of microwave soiled with encrusted food debris.
22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven has heavy accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Oven used for roasted chicken. **Repeat Violation**
38-01-4    Basic - Light shield damaged/in disrepair. In back above door to walk in cooler.
14-31-4    Basic - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed cabbage stored in "to-go" bag in walk in cooler. **Repeat Violation**
33-16-4    Basic - Open dumpster lid.
14-33-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed sugar, salt, and msg not labeled on cook line. Manager labeled products. **Corrected On-Site**
12A-20-4    High Priority - Employee washed hands with no soap. Observed employee washing hands with no soap then touched silverware for customers. Coached employee on proper hand washing procedure, employee washed hands. **Corrected On-Site**
29-34-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. At mop sink.
02C-02-4    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed sauce made 2 days ago in walk in cooler without date marking. Manager put label with date. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
