Operator had refrigeration out yesterday and they fixed the cooler. All items were moved to freezer for quick cool down. Operator is calling refrigeration. Operator understands that the coolers need to be emptied of all Time Temperature for Safety Foods. The coolers cannot store these items until the core temperature of the food can reach 41° or below **Corrective Action Taken**
