Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

51-09-4    Basic - Establishment did not report seating change that affects the license fee, Clean Indoor Air Act, sewage system approval or other related requirements. Observed the food service license indicates fifty seats and there are seventy five seats in the restaurant . **Warning**
36-18-4    Basic - Floor tiles cracked, broken or in disrepair. Observed several cracked floor tiles in the kitchen area . **Warning**
08B-43-4    Basic - Food stored in a room/shed that is not fully enclosed. Observed several ice chests outside the back door of the restaurant with no overhead protection. **Warning**
33-23-4    Basic - Grease receptacle/dumpster not on proper pad/nonabsorbent surface. Observed the grease trap on the ground in the back of the restaurant. **Warning**
36-24-5    Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed a hole in the wall by the men's room door . **Warning**
36-47-5    Basic - Hood soiled with accumulated grease, dust or food debris. Observed grease build up on the hood . **Warning**
08B-53-4    Basic - Ice making machine located outside. Observed a new ice Machine outside and per the operator was installed two weeks ago. **Warning**
10-20-4    Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed tongs hanging from the oven door handle . **Warning**
03A-16-4    High Priority - All potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) foods in walk-in cooler cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cut tomatoes 47°F, and cooked pork 47°F , and cut lettuce 47°F and Cheese 47°F in the walk in cooler . Had food moved to another cooler until repaired. **Warning**
01B-37-4    High Priority - Cooked/heated potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within six hours. 28-34-1    High Priority - Establishment increased seating without municipal sewer approval. Observed the food service license indicates fifty seats and there are seventy five seats in the restaurant . **Warning**
03D-05-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cooked/heated yesterday/on a previous day not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within a total of 6 hours. Food has been cooling overnight. See stop sale. Observed chicken soup 47°F , per the operator was made the night before . This is a repeat violation from 01/24/2018. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**

41-21-4    Intermediate - Original container of toxic substance or chemical does not bear the manufacturer's label. Observed a bottle of glass cleaner not labeled on the cart . **Warning**
