Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35B-04-4    Basic - Outer openings of establishment cannot be properly sealed when not in operation.

25-32-4    Basic - Reuse of single-service articles. Reusing old containers of processed food for storing new food. (18 containers in walk in cooler).
32-23-4    Basic - Toilet/urinal not flushing/functioning properly.
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Cook line.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
21-26-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloths not laundered daily.

01B-13-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Container of sugar with rusted lid, rust falling on top of sugar. (10 lbs)

11-07-4    Intermediate - Certified Food Manager or person in charge lacks knowledge of foodborne illnesses and symptoms of illness that would prevent an employee from working with food, clean equipment and utensils, and single-service items.
