A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

51-16-7    Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 30 days. Plans approved and submitted in Dec 2017. Added ice machine in bar area requires hand wash sink, not installed. Sign on ice machine says not in use but is full of ice. So hand wash sink must be installed with hot and cold water, soap, papers and sign. Plans show other hand wash sinks that are not installed.3 in kitchen part 2 missing 2 in main lounge bar and 1 on cookline. See plans submitted in Dec 2017. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2018-07-20: . Ice machine has lock installed, but that does not eliminate the need for hand wash sink, because lock can be removed and ice can be used. Either install hand wash sink as directed or disconnect ice machine, As for other issues on plans that will be time extended for 30 days to either submit plans that show actual details and have approved or to have facility come into compliance on the plans that were approved in December 2017. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2018-08-21: Operator working with D.
