Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-19-4    Basic - Food contaminated by non-food grade bag. The ink from the bag leaked into the white rice. See stop sale. **Warning**
14-31-4    Basic - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Thank you bags used to cover the white rice during the cooking process. The bags are also used for the storage of raw animal products - chicken-chest freezer. **Warning**
29-08-4    Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Plumbing fixture at 3 compartment sink leaking water by the handle-plastic bag wrap around the fixture. **Warning**
12A-07-4    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before changing gloves and/or putting on gloves to work with food. Observed employee handling raw steak with gloves on and then removing the gloves and placing new ones on without washing hands first. Proper hand washing and gloves use reviewed with the operator. 01B-13-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed white rice covered with plastic thank you bag. The ink from the bag leaked into the white rice. 1 whole pot of white rice-cook line. **Warning**
