Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-14-4    Basic - Grease accumulated on kitchen floor and/or under cooking equipment. Under and behind fryers on kitchen cookline, grease buildup.
14-42-4    Basic - Hood filter missing from automatic fire suppression/exhaust system. 2 hood filters missing over cookline in kitchen.
10-20-4    Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Tongs stored on handle for fryer. Manager moved item during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet towel at front counter cook station. Manager moved during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
41-05-4    High Priority - Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. Spray can of RAID roach killer on lower shelf by front cook station. Manager voluntarily discarded during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
03A-02-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Reach-in cooler in kitchen, chicken 47°f, cheese wonton 47°f. Manager stated items have been taken out for a few minutes during lunch service. Chicken 46°, wonton 45°f after 45 minutes.
22-03-4    Intermediate - Ice chute on self-service drink machine soiled/build up of mold-like substance/slime. Buildup of black mold-like substance on and behind deflection plate of ice machine at end of front line.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at handwash sink in kitchen. Paper towels removed during inspection. Manager replaced during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
02C-02-4    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Bustub of noodles and fried chicken in walk-in cooler in outside storage room not dated. Manager stated items were cooked in the morning yesterday. Current time 1:15pm.
