A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Raw sewage on ground of establishment. Approximately 50 yards from entry door of restaurant on the corner of 23rd St and Drummond Ave. Waste is flowing down the side of 23rd street. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2019-01-15: Sewage remains on the ground on 23rd st. D&S Carl Plumbing scheduled to repair at 9am tomorrow. Plumber was onsite this morning but had to get supplies to do repair. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2019-01-16: Plumbers (d and S plumbing)on site at call back. Jimmy Harold with City underground utilities were here too. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2019-01-17: No sewage observed at call back and plumber called to say it had been repaired. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2019-03-20: Raw sewage on ground of establishment.
