Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Observed one dead roach at back office area.
36-14-4    Basic - Grease accumulated on kitchen floor and/or under cooking equipment, between grill andbread warmer. **Repeat Violation**
29-08-4    Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Foul odor coming from mop sink area.
25-05-4    Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored on floor at ware washing, cup holders. Cup holders were put on shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
38-04-4    Basic - Ten (10) foot-candles of light at least 30 inches from floor not provided in walk-in freezer. Observed light not working in walk-in freezer.
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. External hose bibb leaking water down building wall, onto walkway, and into path of drive thru.
03A-02-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on cook line, Cold holding - lettuce 59°F, American cheese 61°F, swiss cheese 60°F, tomatoes cut 63°F. Per manager, all food products have been on the line since 10 am.
