Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

32-04-4    Basic - Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors.
32-12-5    Basic - Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's bathroom. **Repeat Violation**
13-03-4    Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed employee engaging food preparation not wearing a hair restraint.
14-36-5    Basic - Interior of refrigerator or freezer in disrepair/has exposed insulation. Frigidaire chest freezer.
23-09-4    Basic - Soiled reach-in cooler gaskets. Observed frigidaire reach in cooler gasket buildup with old food residue.
08B-63-4    Basic - Unpackaged food in an unprotected holding unit in a customer/nonsecure area. Observed refrigerators place in passage way leading to restrooms not locked.
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed walls and floor on cookline soiled with accumulated grease.
10-05-4    High Priority - In-use utensil stored in unclean water at or above 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in use utensils stored stored unclean water at 89 degrees Fahrenheit.
27-16-4    Intermediate - Hot water not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed no hot water at handwashing sink in kitchen area.
22-28-4    Intermediate - Interior of frigidaire reach-in cooler and freezer soiled with accumulation of food residue.
41-17-4    Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed a unlabeled spray bottle with degreaser underneath frolic counter. Operator labeled bottle. **Corrected On-Site**
