Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed metal container with utensils stored inside. Water temperature 89°f. Priority: Basic
14-20-4    Basic - Ripped/worn tin foil used as food-contact shelf cover.
33-31-5    Basic - Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. Observed plastic container, chairs, tables.
23-01-4    Basic - Vending machine exterior soiled.
22-41-4    High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly.
03A-02-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked pork (58°F - Cold Holding); cooked beef (55°F - Cold Holding) less than 4 hours. Operator stored inside walk in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**
11-07-4    Intermediate - Certified Food Manager or person in charge lacks knowledge of foodborne illnesses and symptoms of illness that would prevent an employee from working with food, clean equipment and utensils, and single-service items. Provided it Big 5 Form.
22-05-4    Intermediate - Cutting board(s) stained/soiled.
31A-03-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use due to items stored in the sink. Observed Towels and sponge inside hand wash sink.
27-11-4    Intermediate - No running water at mop sink.
