Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed Rice in containers with flour, sugar, cornstarch and salt unlabeled. **Warning**
03D-02-4    High Priority - Cooked potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 6 hours. Sweet and sour chicken 48°F, ribs (48°F - Cooling ); raw shrimp (48°F - Cooling); cut vegetable (48°F - Cooling); cooked pork(48°F - Cooling ) in the walk-in cooler cooling overnight per operator. - Observed Improper cooking rate, cut vegetables and cooked shrimps cooled from 48 degrees F to 43 degrees F in 2hours. **Warning**
01B-01-4    High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. -1 can of hunts tomato ketchup in use in walk-in cooler. **Warning**
03A-02-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on the cookline raw shrimp 48°F, ham 45°F and garlic in oil 87°F on counter for 3 hours. Drawer cooler-sweet sour chicken 56°F. 35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. On live crawling on box on the counter with menus infront of cookline. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**

Cooked potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 6 hours.
