Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-32-5    Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed ceiling tiles with water marks above front counter.
14-40-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact equipment in poor repair. Observed beer cooler by front counter with one handle missing.
14-67-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler gasket torn/in disrepair. Observed Stan reach in cooler by prep area gasket disrepair.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
12A-09-4    High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee cutting onions and touched cook food stored in the walk in cooler. Explained employee the correct method to be implemented. Employee washed hands. **Corrected On-Site**
22-05-4    Intermediate - Cutting board(s) stained/soiled in kitchen area.
31A-03-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use due to items stored in the sink. Observed brush inside the hand sink by prep area. Operator removed it. **Corrected On-Site**
