A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-05-4    Basic - - From initial inspection : Basic - Soil residue build-up on nonfood-contact surface. Buildup of debris observed on pipe under and beside three compartment sink. Buildup of debris on area near hinge of ice machine. Buildup of debris on top/back edge of dish machine. - From follow-up inspection 2019-09-23: Buildup remains in Same locations. **Time Extended**
35A-02-5    High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, or food storage area. Observed 8-9 small flies around dirty dish cart in hallway leading to restrooms. Observed 3 small live flies in hallway in front of men's rests room, near back entrance to dish area. Observed 2 small live flies in area next to dish machine. Person in Charge began cleaning area with spray bleach and attempting to eliminate issue. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** - From follow-up inspection 2019-09-23: Observed 2 flies in hallway next to soiled dishes from previous night.
