Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-41-4    Basic - Fan cover in reach in cooler has accumulation of dust or debris.
36-08-4    Basic - Floor and wall junctures not coved in food preparation/storage/warewashing areas or bathroom. Observed cove molding missing next to three compartment sink.
36-22-4    Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed on kitchen floor next to 3 compartment sink.
36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Behind horizontal freezer in kitchen area and also dry storage behind reach in white freezer.

02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed containers with rice, black beans, corn, peas not labeled inside dry storage.

35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approximately 6 live roaches crawling behind soap dispenser at kitchen area. **Admin Complaint**
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observe ant pesticide near bag of black beans located dry storage. **Corrected On-Site**
29-42-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet.
