Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-24-4    Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Found the exterior and door handles of coolers and other items with handles to be soiled with food debris. To correct clean as soon as possible, and clean on a more frequent schedule.
08B-44-4    Basic - Case/container/bag of food stored on floor in kitchen. Found in the kitchen a bag of flour and a sack of onions on the floor. . Found various food items stored on the floor in the kitchen area. To correct store food items on shelf at least 6 inches off the floor. **Corrected On-Site**
36-37-4    Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, warewashing areas or bathroom. Found acoustic ceiling tiles being used Found in the kitchen that'll acoustic ceiling tiles were being used instead of fireproof cleanable ceiling tiles. Found ceiling tile were acoustic tiles and that they were not smooth or cleanable , to correct change ceiling tile to cleanable kitchen approved ceiling tiles.
36-36-4    Basic - Ceiling tile missing. Found ceiling tile in the kitchen, and various areas missing. To correct repair/replace ceiling tile.
14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.
12B-07-4    Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Found cups of beverage in the cooking/prep area shelf without lids. Employee corrected by discarding cups, and pic has been reminded that cups with lids and straws are allowed in food prep areas. , **Corrected On-Site**
23-05-4    Basic - Soil residue build-up on nonfood-contact surface on table next to soups, Found the floor under and around the used grease container soiled with greasy accumulation and build up. To correct ensure container is not leaking, and clean floor.
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Found in walk in cooler that several shelves were rusted and pitted, to correct remove rust or replace shelves.
03A-15-4    High Priority - All potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) foods in reach-in cooler cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Three door flip top cooler on cook line at beef, chicken, shrimp cooked pork, bean sprouts, cabbage (52-56°F - Cold Holding), manager removed all products and placed in freezer and called for service
08A-09-4    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food in walk-in cooler. Raw shrimp over cook cooked vegetables, Manager moved. **Corrected On-Site**
16-35-4    Intermediate - No chlorine chemical test kit provided when using chlorine sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine. Found no chlorine test strips at time of inspection. To correct an order for chlorine test strips is needed. Explained the to pic that a constant schedule to check the strength of a dishwasher to ensure the safety of the public.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Found no hand paper towels available in the cooking/prep area kitchen handsink and in the prep station hand-sink. To correct provide hand soap and keep paper towels dispensers filled. **Corrected On-Site**
