Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

12B-06-4    Basic - Evidence of employee eating/drinking in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area. Empty drink container on cans of kidney beans in dry storage. Operator removed. **Corrected On-Site**
36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor of walk in ice maker. Ice is used in direct contact with food containers, as a way of cold holding during delivery.
36-02-5    Basic - Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. Food prep areas.
25-02-4    Basic - Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Employee portioning utensils for delivery to HSP locations, being packed by employee, food contact surface being touched by employee with bare hands.
01B-01-4    High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. 12 cans green beans on top shelf in dry storage.
22-20-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine.
