Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

22-19-4    Basic - Interior of microwave soiled with encrusted food debris.
33-31-5    Basic - Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. Old Three Compartment Sink, decoration, various cardboard boxes stacked up in hall to entrance of kitchen.
49-04-4    Flammables stored/debris present in storage area. For reporting purposes only. Propane tank under various decorations and cardboard items in storage hall walkway to kitchen.
41-02-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical stored by or with food. Sanitizer bottle stored by ketchup/mustard bottles and single use napkins.
22-20-5    Basic - Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine. Cleaned at time of inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
22-05-4    Intermediate - Can opener blade soiled. Cutting board(s) stained. **Repeat Violation**
31A-03-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use due to items stored in the sink. Hose sprayer attachment in handwash sink by mop sink. Item removed. **Corrected On-Site**
