A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-63-4    Basic - Unpackaged food in an unprotected holding unit in a customer/nonsecure area. Observed chest freezer with frozen fruit mixes, and assorted meats stored in the chest freezer in the dining area. Operator was advised to get a lock for the chest freezer. **Warning**

42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. **Warning**

01B-13-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed multiple cabbages, and corn on top of a shelf, being exposed to dripping water from the AC VENT in the walk in cooler. **Warning**

12A-03-4    Intermediate - Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed cook washing hands in the three compartment sink in the kitchen. **Warning**
13-06-4    Intermediate - Employees with artificial nails/nail polish working with exposed food without wearing intact gloves. **Warning**
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Cutting board is soiled and stained. **Warning**
