Asbestos Consultant - Examination (ALU 6)
This application is for individuals wishing to engage in asbestos consulting to apply for the examination. Once you have taken and passed the examination, you will need to submit an Application for Licensure Form ALU 1 Application for Licensing as an Individual or ALU 2 Application for Licensing as a Business.

EXAMINATION: For information regarding the examination, please review the candidate information booklet. - FEE: Pay the required fee as
provided in the application. If applying online, you can pay with a credit card
or electronic check. If mailing your application, please include a check
payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Military
veterans, their spouses and Florida National Guard members may be eligible for
a fee waiver, fee reimbursement, and/or fee discount. Please visit our DBPR Military
Services page for more information.
