Auctioneer Initial License By Examination Based on Apprenticeship (AU 4153)
This form is used by individuals who are currently licensed as an auctioneer apprentice and wish to become licensed as an Auctioneer. An auctioneer apprentice must have 1 year of experience.
Note: In order to apply for an auctioneer license based on experience you must have an online account with your apprentice license linked.

- EXPERIENCE: You must have one year of experience as a licensed apprentice. Apprentice Activity Form(s) must be submitted with your application.
- AGE: You must be at least 18 years of age.
EXAMINATION: Please review the application instructions page for information regarding examination administration. For information regarding the examination, please review the candidate information booklet. - FEE: Pay the required fee as provided in the application. If applying online, you can pay with a credit card or electronic check. If mailing your application, please include a check payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Military veterans, their spouses and Florida National Guard members may be eligible for a fee waiver, fee reimbursement, and/or fee discount. Note:
First time DBPR Online Services users will need to create an account and then
link existing license(s). Instructions and additional information can be found
by selecting "DBPR Online Services Features and Steps" on the Main
Menu. Returning users will need to make sure their license is linked before
proceeding.
