Exporter of Alcoholic Beverages (MEXP)

Permits the sale of alcoholic beverages for use outside the state and includes a ship's chandler and a duty free shop.

Application Requirements:

  • FEE: There is no fee associated with this application.
  • APPLICATION: Complete form DBPR ABT-6026 by clicking on "Printable Application" at the bottom of this page (detailed instructions included). If you already have a copy of the detailed instructions you may prefer to obtain the form without the instructions in ABT-6026 PDF format.
  • SECRETARY OF STATE: Submit Secretary of State/Certificate of Status, if applicable.
  • EXPORT PERMIT: Submit copy of Federal Export Permit.
  • SUBMIT APPLICATION:  Submit your application online via the Online Services link below, or alternatively, mail or hand deliver a printable application to one of our district offices.
