Professional Geologist - Examination Retake - In-State (PG 4703)
This application is for individuals requesting to retake the Practice of Geology portion of the National Association of State Boards of Geology examination.

- EXAMINATION: For information about the
examination, including dates, locations, and references, visit the Examination

webpage.
- FEE: Pay the required fee as provided in the application. If applying online, you can pay with a credit card or electronic check. If mailing your application, please include a check payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Military veterans, their spouses and Florida National Guard members may be eligible for a fee waiver, fee reimbursement, and/or fee discount. Please visit our DBPR Military Services page for more information.

Note: First time DBPR
Online Services users will need to create an account and then link their Exam
Candidate ID#. Instructions and additional information can be found by

users will need to make sure their Exam Candidate ID# is linked before
proceeding.
